We can plan, manage and organise your complete build from start to handover. We’ll be there every step of the way holding your hand to ensure your build goes to plan. From outlining the project plan, informing key stakeholders of the requirements (builders, electricians, plumbers and other tradespeople in particular), meeting with tradespeople and yourself throughout the build to provide updates, developing the scope, developing costing, and analysing any risks or potential delays in your build.

We can assist in preparing the site for your new build or renovation including demolition, clearing of the site, levelling the site, land drainage and other works required before being able to start construction on your property.
